El Hierro

The lagoons Charco Manso in the north of the island, and Charco Azul in the west are definitely worth a stop! The coast offers you many possibilities to just relax at the beach and enjoy the amazing views or to explore the underwater world thanks to the very blue water! If you are more into hiking and climbing, don’t worry the hilly landscape of El Hierro has a lot of hiking Trails and mountains to go to! Lanzarote

In contrast to El Hierro, you won't find many trees on this island, but trust me, the landscapes are still as beautiful! It is one of the most famous islands of the archipelago, and this for many reasons! The volcanic landscapes with their unique shades stand in contrast to the blue of the Atlantic Ocean as well as to the white colored houses in the villages! A place that is definitely worth a visit is the Timanfaya National Park! Here you can visit many volcano craters and try some of the best food on the Canary Islands in 'El Diablo' restaurant, where the food is cooked using the heat of the earth! In general, Lanzarote has a lot to offer considering the gastronomy: The volcanic, ash-covered soil are very good for vineyards...producing the famous vine ‘Malvasía’. Another popular dish are the ‘patatas arrugadas’, wrinkled potatoes. A very important figure of the island is César Manrique. He was a painter and artist and tried to conserve the environment of the island with nature inspired artwork! You can visit his house ‘Casa del Volcan’ with viewpoints, lava tubes, and cacti!

La Palma

La Palma, 'La Isla bonita, translated to the ‘Beautiful Island’’. It is a Biosphere Reserve, therefore many parks and landscapes are protected! The Caldera de Taburiente National Park is probably the most known one and because of the volcanic lava it created a coastline with hidden bays and rocky hills! Another place that is worth seeing is the ‘Mirador de la Cumbrecita’ a viewpoint that allows you to see the amazing green landscape!
